newspaper mockup R and F Football Club Working with Ajax Youth Academy to Train Young Players in South China

China's R and F Football School is working with the Ajax Youth Academy to train young players in Meizhou, a city in south China's Guangdong Province, as an effort to shape the next generation of China's football talents.

The players are trained under the instruction of coaches from Ajax, a club known to have one of the world's top youth academies.

This is a five-year program of the R and F Football School, one of the four professional football academies in China.

The school currently keeps eight reserve teams from U9 to U16 age groups, for Guangzhou R and F Football Club.

China's football clubs are paying more attention to the training of youngsters, and by building a school like this, they are investing in the future of China's football. While raising the standards of acceptance, the school is also focusing on the long-term development, includes building up profiles for players' skillset, abilities and weaknesses, and data-sharing with Ajax.
